Vegan, gluten-free, paleo-friendly coconut cookies with sweet and a variety of flavors for different palates.
I’ve seen Emmy’s Organics all over Instagram, in stores, even in the convenience store at my college! I’ve heard many great things about these cookies so I had to try them… so I bought the mixed case 3-pack that contained 2 packs of each flavor, 3 cookies in each pack. All the cookies are small but thick and filled with a lot of coconut flakes. The texture in each bite was the same: a soft coated cookie with crunchy coconut flakes blended together. If you love the mix of different textures from soft to crunchy with sweetness, you’ll definitely love these!
These came in a cute box, well the box was in another box when it was shipped but the box where the actual cookies were stored was adorable. I even had to take a picture because I loved it so much! Each package was wrapped with a translucent, smooth wrapping with unique designs for each flavor. Speaking of flavors, let’s get onto the main stars.
Dark Cacao: Literally just a coconut cookie infused with the beautiful flavor of chocolate. My favorite out of all. (Hence why it’s the biggest picture… oh and this is in the order of my flavors but they all taste delicious) 🙂
Chocolate Chip: Tastes just like a vanilla cookie base with hidden chocolate chips that burst into your mouth with every bite.
Vanilla: Simple sweet coconut cookie infused with vanilla.
Peanut Butter: Creamy peanut butter cookie with actual crunchy peanut bits and little dollops of peanut butter. – I love that extra touch of peanut butter.
Raspberry: Bright, fresh raspberry filled inside a crunchy coconut cookie. It reminds me of the Gertrude Hawk (not sponsored) raspberry dark chocolate bars I used to buy all the time back in high school.
Lemon Ginger: The cookie is more lemony than gingery but still has the fragrant flavors of tart but sweet lemon.
