Black bean brownies – allergy-friendly, fudgy, sweet, and made out of completely black beans! A great healthy alternative for regular fudgy brownies!
Black bean brownies – sounds unusual right? They’re not made from the typical type of brownies that have flour and eggs, but instead are made of black beans. Though they made sound strange, don’t worry, because they taste just as great as regular fudgy brownies – maybe even better!
Crispy oatmeal cookies covered in salted chocolate – well, with butter that has salt.
Who doesn’t love easy to make and no-bake cookies? I do and you will too! Whenever you’re having a craving for cookies, a small snack or dessert, or just having a bad day and want something to make you feel better, these no-bake salted chocolate cookies are for you! They’re full of yummy crunchiness from the oats, sweet from the chocolate, and has a punch of salt from the butter. The taste is quite unique because of the butter since it’s not necessarily the type of salt taste you’d imagine. (But in a good way.)
Classic hummus – a wonderful snack that can be used as a dip for chips or a spread for toast.
Hummus has always been one of my most favorite dips/spreads ever. It is so creamy, thick, and delicious! Every time my mom buys hummus from the store, I always dip chips into and eat it as a snack, everyday, until they are gone – in less than a week! However, my mom doesn’t really buy it often – either because I eat too much, too fast, or she just doesn’t want to buy it. Well, I have my own homemade hummus so it doesn’t really matter now, right?

Garlicky and spicy sweet potato fries – a great snack with a spicy kick and a hint of garlic.
Do you like sweet potatoes or even yellow or purple yams? Honestly, I am not a fan of sweet potatoes (those orange ones) but I LOVE yellow and purple yams. These potatoes and yams have always been a snack in my house because my mom buys them all the time. They are super delicious, sweet, and healthy – it also has lots of fiber, potassium, and vitamin C which means a stronger immunity!

Since I try not to eat too sweet foods or desserts all the time, berries are a perfect snack when I’m bored and want to munch on something. It’s so juicy, sweet, tart, just a party inside your mouth.
Fudgy and chocolatey apricot brownies made with no flour, vegan, and allergy-friendly!
When I first made these brownies, I was super skeptical and unsure how would taste because frankly, I don’t like dried fruits. From those dried mangos most people love to eat to these dried apricots, I really don’t enjoy eating them. However, I decided to give it a try and include these dried apricots in brownies. Well, it wasn’t the case at first though to use apricots…
