Do you like sweet potatoes or even yellow or purple yams? Honestly, I am not a fan of sweet potatoes (those orange ones) but I LOVE yellow and purple yams. These potatoes and yams have always been a snack in my house because my mom buys them all the time. They are super delicious, sweet, and healthy – it also has lots of fiber, potassium, and vitamin C which means a stronger immunity!
