Who loves veggies? Salads? I do! Okay.. well maybe that’s not exactly the case. I do love veggies though especially chinese broccoli, cucumber, kale, broccoli, mushrooms, etc. Oh and steamed cabbage you find at Chinese restaurants or the dim sum side that has a ton of veggies tucked inside a tofu wrap. However, I don’t like most salads. The only salads I like are the ones that have a creamy dressing with avocado and croutons which is unhealthy and healthy at the same time because creamy dressings tend to be heavy in fat which beats the purpose of eating a healthy salad bowl right?
Nice cream – the popular cream that’s just like ice cream but nice for body – made with, of course – bananas, plus sunflower (for the summer) and a favorite, chocolate!
I have been quiet away from blogging for 1+ month now because I was on vacation and wanted to relax and escape from the anxiety and messiness of my mind. I wanted to have a moment, well more like 6 weeks, of quietness and exploration before I go back to school and start studying. Because studying is boring and stressful right?

Black bean brownies – sounds unusual right? They’re not made from the typical type of brownies that have flour and eggs, but instead are made of black beans. Though they made sound strange, don’t worry, because they taste just as great as regular fudgy brownies – maybe even better!

Whenever you’re having a craving for cookies, a small snack or dessert, or just having a bad day and want something to make you feel better, these no-bake salted chocolate cookies are for you! They’re full of yummy crunchiness from the oats, sweet from the chocolate, and has a punch of salt from the butter. The taste is quite unique because of the butter since it’s not necessarily the type of salt taste you’d imagine. (But in a good way.)

Mochi has been one of my all time favorite snacks since childhood. I remember going to the supermarket and buying the individually wrapped colorful mochi filled with different flavors including the popular sweet red bean. Who loves chocolate in chocolate? Meeee!!! (waves hand frantically in the air) As I have mentioned in many previous posts regarding chocolate related desserts, I LOVE chocolate. Chocolate itself, chocolate cake, chocolate cream (especially boston cream donuts) you name it – it so sweetly delicious.
Classic hummus – a wonderful snack that can be used as a dip for chips or a spread for toast.
Hummus has always been one of my most favorite dips/spreads ever. It is so creamy, thick, and delicious! Every time my mom buys hummus from the store, I always dip chips into and eat it as a snack, everyday, until they are gone – in less than a week! However, my mom doesn’t really buy it often – either because I eat too much, too fast, or she just doesn’t want to buy it. Well, I have my own homemade hummus so it doesn’t really matter now, right?
