Healthy frozen yogurt bark – made out of yogurt, crunchy oats, and chewy, sweet, juicy raisins.
I’m always craving something cold these days because it’s so hot and it’s summer! However it’s easy to get carried away with eating a whole can of ice cream then gain five pounds later. So I made these yogurt barks because it’s a great cold snack that is healthy and a perfect alternative to ice cream or chocolate bark.
Crispy oatmeal cookies covered in salted chocolate – well, with butter that has salt.
Who doesn’t love easy to make and no-bake cookies? I do and you will too! Whenever you’re having a craving for cookies, a small snack or dessert, or just having a bad day and want something to make you feel better, these no-bake salted chocolate cookies are for you! They’re full of yummy crunchiness from the oats, sweet from the chocolate, and has a punch of salt from the butter. The taste is quite unique because of the butter since it’s not necessarily the type of salt taste you’d imagine. (But in a good way.)
Crunchy cauliflower crisps with flaxseed topped with melted cheese and avocado green spread.
Cauliflower crisps? Is it like cauliflower pizza, a trend that blew up a couple years ago and now is resurfacing because Trader Joe’s just came out with a new pizza? As you may be wondering, it is but in a certain way it’s different because it’s a crisp not a soft pizza.

These potatoes and yams have always been a snack in my house because my mom buys them all the time. They are super delicious, sweet, and healthy – it also has lots of fiber, potassium, and vitamin C which means a stronger immunity!

Have you ever tried chia or love chia? The first time I tried chia was a few years ago when my mom found out there were reaping health benefits from eating it. She said chia was high in fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, just to name a few. She always poured it in a glass of water with lemons, let it sit for a few hours until all the seeds swelled up and told me to drink it up quickly.
