Black bean brownies – allergy-friendly, fudgy, sweet, and made out of completely black beans! A great healthy alternative for regular fudgy brownies!

Classic mochi with a mildly sweet pumpkin filling.
Mochi has been one of my all time favorite snacks since childhood. I remember going to the supermarket and buying the individually wrapped colorful mochi filled with different flavors including the popular sweet red bean. As soon as after my parents bought it, I would quickly devour it before I even got home. If you have ever tried mochi, what’s you favorite memory of mochi?
Flaky, gluten-free crust filled with sweet cream cheese and tart blackberries.
Tarts are flaky, crusty, and best of all buttery. The delicate crust that falls apart and leaves a crummy mess everywhere after the first bite is totally worth the aftermath. It may make a mess, but the sweet decadent flavors of the filling will surely make you be forgiving of possibly, your food-filled hair, oily stained clothes, and most importantly, a pile of crumbs scattered everywhere on the floor, waiting for ants to come hunt them down.

Fudgy and chocolatey apricot brownies made with no flour, vegan, and allergy-friendly!
When I first made these brownies, I was super skeptical and unsure how would taste because frankly, I don’t like dried fruits. From those dried mangos most people love to eat to these dried apricots, I really don’t enjoy eating them. However, I decided to give it a try and include these dried apricots in brownies. Well, it wasn’t the case at first though to use apricots…
Crispy vanilla macarons filled with sweet chocolate ganache.

Delicious. Sweet. Beautiful. The crisp, crunchy shell wrapping the moist, delightful inside goodness of the bread will be difficult to depart after the first bite.
