Udon noodles mixed in with a creamy, spicy, nutty sauce.
Noodles are one of my best friends. Well, food friends. If I had to choose between rice, bread, or noodles I would definitely choose noodles. Noodles are so delicious and just makes the whole meal wonderful. To be exact, my favorite noodles by far are wonton noodles, the super crispy pan-fried noodles, and today’s recipe udon noodles!!
Bountiful, crunchy veggies and nuts along with a special, creamy sauce wrapped inside lettuce.
Who loves veggies? Salads? I do! Okay.. well maybe that’s not exactly the case. I do love veggies though especially chinese broccoli, cucumber, kale, broccoli, mushrooms, etc. Oh and steamed cabbage you find at Chinese restaurants or the dim sum side that has a ton of veggies tucked inside a tofu wrap. However, I don’t like most salads. The only salads I like are the ones that have a creamy dressing with avocado and croutons which is unhealthy and healthy at the same time because creamy dressings tend to be heavy in fat which beats the purpose of eating a healthy salad bowl right?
A crispy but soft tortilla wrap with crunchy, healthy veggies wrapped inside with the decadent taste of spicy mayonnaise.
How’s your week been going? My week has been super busy as I have been getting back on social media after my super long break. I also have other events going on so it has been quite a ride this week.
Since being back from Asia, I have been looking for ways to lose weight. Because, you know, after you travel you tend to gain a few pounds when you come home right? Also, I’ve always wanted to be in better shape and feel better about myself so I try to eat healthy but of course, occasionally bring in those carbs. Everyone loves carbs right?
Classic California rolls but the vegan and veggie way – rolls filled with green and yellow cucumbers and avocados.
It’s time to roll into the weekend! Get it? Roll… like California roll because it’s today’s recipe? Yeah, I try to include a pun into blog posts these days but sometimes they don’t really make sense… lol I try I try. (Though I’m pretty certain this pun makes sense.)
Seasoned fried rice – the perfect flavorful meal full of variety from green and yellow veggies to scrambled eggs.
How’s your week been so far? I’ve been busy with cooking and testing recipes because I’m leaving for vacation soon. It’s also been kind of stressful because I procrastinated on some homework (shhh it’s a secret) so I need to make video quickly that’s due tomorrow.

The classic Japanese snack- that is though nicely but complicatedly packed in a plastic wrapper- is known for its uniquely cute triangular shaped body: known as onigiri, or rice ball.
